THIRD PARTY SITES

All approved Mooi Living wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Mooi Living products on their privately-hosted website and in their brick and mortar store only, unless otherwise agreed. Resellers are not permitted to sell Mooi Living on third-party e-commerce sites, unless agreed upon with Mooi Living. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of your wholesale account.

RETURN POLICY

Mooi Living guarantees all products against defects. If you receive a product you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@mooiliving.com.au on how to receive a replacement.

Returns must be made in writing directly to Mooi Living at hello@mooiliving.com.au within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Mooi Living prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

  • All returned goods must be:
    1. Current stocked items
    2. In original packaging, which is unsoiled, undamaged and unmarked
    3. In resalable condition (unless faulty)
    4. Unused and in the same condition that you received it

Mooi Living checks all returns, and if we consider the fault to be due to misuse or self-damage, then a refund will not be given.

For larger quantity orders above $5000, any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges will be assessed on all wholesale orders. Upon receiving the wholesale order, we will produce an invoice with the shipping charges included and will be provided prior to shipping the order.

Mooi Living makes every effort to ship wholesale orders within two business days of receiving payment. Transit time for domestic orders may vary between one and ten days, depending on freight company current demands and location. For information regarding a specific shipment, please contact hello@mooiliving.com.au.

PAYMENT

We require that payment be received prior to the shipment of your order. Mooi Living does not offer credit terms for wholesale accounts at this time. If your order is of a large quantity, we may require up to 10-14 weeks notice to ensure we have enough stock available to fulfil your order. If this is the case, Mooi Living would require a 40% deposit and full payment required prior to shipping the order. Please contact Mooi Living to discuss larger order quantities.

Minimum Order Quantity

For first time customers of Mooi Living the minimum order value is $1000 to receive 30% discount. Orders above $1500 will receive a 35% discount and orders over $5,000 will receive a 50% discount - these orders will also incur a shipping charge, which we will send you a quote once your order has been made. Alternatively, you can arrange your own freight with pick up from our warehouse in Burleigh Queensland. Please contact us at hello@mooiliving.com.au to discuss.

Mooi Living accepts credit card and direct debit payments.

Trade clients (interior designers, Interior Decorators, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the RRP, plus the standard cost of shipping ($13.50).  Trade customers  will need to contact us directly and we will send an invoice with discount pricing. Once we have received payments, we will ship your order out. Standard shipping fees will be calculated at check out.

Shipping Errors 

Mooi Living will not be liable to you for loss or any third party suffers for

Delivery of goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order. 

Marketing Material 

Mooi Living regularly holds seasonal photoshoots to ensure we have on-trend and up-to-date product images. We will happily supply you images of our products, but they must be used for the sole purpose of promoting Mooi Living products. Mooi Living reserves the right to disapprove of any marketing campaigns that are not in-line with marketing guidelines.

You agree to represent the Mooi Living brand in affiliation and to not connect any product or service that is not Mooi Living, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the Mooi Living brand. 

Should either partner terminate the partnership, you must remove all of our marketing materials and any reference to our products from your website or in-store. Our marketing material is strictly only for use for the promotion of our products only.

Ecommerce (if approved)

Mooi Living will provide images, prices, weights and all other product details. Product information can be viewed on our website. Please do not duplicate our content or title tags, instead we require you to create original product titles and descriptions. Please send through a copy of the revised copy for us to review before going live.

How to Place an Order

Simply contact our team with what you would like to order and we will create an invoice for you with the discounted pricing. Once we have received payment, we will organise for shipment of your order.

Upon receiving the order, Mooi Living will send out an invoice with total charges, which will include shipping cost.
