THIRD-PARTY SITES

All approved Mooi Living wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Mooi Living products on their privately hosted websites and in their brick-and-mortar stores only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Resellers are not permitted to sell Mooi Living products on third-party e-commerce sites unless explicitly approved by Mooi Living. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the termination of your wholesale account.

RETURN POLICY

Mooi Living guarantees all products against defects. If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, they must return it to the wholesaler from whom they purchased it. The wholesaler must then contact Mooi Living with the appropriate evidence and documentation for assessment. Please email us at hello@mooiliving.com.au.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind for wholesale customers. However, defective or damaged items can be returned if they meet our warranty conditions.

Returns must be requested in writing directly to Mooi Living at hello@mooiliving.com.au, quoting the invoice number and reason for return. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Mooi Living and without following our provided return shipping instructions.

Mooi Living assesses all returns. If the damage is deemed to be the result of misuse or self-damage, a refund or replacement will not be provided.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges apply to all wholesale orders. Once we receive your wholesale order, we will generate an invoice that includes shipping costs. These charges will be communicated before shipment.

We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within two business days of receiving payment.

 Delivery times vary from 1 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. For specific shipping inquiries, please contact hello@mooiliving.com.au.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped. Mooi Living does not currently offer credit terms for wholesale accounts.

For large quantity orders, we may require up to 10-14 weeks’ notice to ensure stock availability. In such cases, a 40% deposit will be required, with the balance due before dispatch. Please contact us for further details on larger orders.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

For first-time wholesale customers, the minimum order value is $1,000 to receive a 30% discount. Orders above $1,500 receive a 40% discount, while orders over $5,000 (in wholesale value) receive a 50% discount. 

Shipping charges apply to these orders, and a quote will be provided after order placement. Alternatively, you may arrange your own freight from our warehouse in Burleigh, Queensland. Please email us at hello@mooiliving.com.au for assistance.

Mooi Living accepts credit card and direct deposit payments.

TRADE CLIENTS

Interior designers, decorators, architects, and other trade clients receive 30% off the RRP plus standard shipping costs ($13.50). Trade clients must contact us directly to receive a custom invoice with their discount applied. Orders will be dispatched once full payment is received. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING ERRORS

Mooi Living is not responsible for losses incurred due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided in an order. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order.

MARKETING MATERIAL

Mooi Living conducts seasonal photoshoots to provide up-to-date product imagery. We are happy to supply our wholesalers with product images for use in promoting Mooi Living products. However, these images must only be used for the promotion of Mooi Living products, and we reserve the right to disapprove of any marketing campaigns that do not align with our brand guidelines.

You agree to represent the Mooi Living brand professionally and not associate it with any other products or services that may cause confusion or misrepresentation. If the partnership is terminated, you must remove all Mooi Living marketing materials and references to our brand from your website and store displays.

E-COMMERCE (IF APPROVED)

Mooi Living provides product images, pricing, weights, and other details for approved e-commerce partners. While product information is available on our website, we require you to create original product titles and descriptions to avoid duplicate content issues. Please send your revised descriptions for approval before publishing them on your website.

ORDER PROCESS

To place an order, simply contact our team with your requested items, and we will create an invoice reflecting your wholesale discount. Once payment has been received, we will process and ship your order.
