All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders made after 2 pm AEST on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the following business day.
Standard Flat Rate – $13.50
Mooi Living offer a flat rate delivery fee of just $13.50, regardless of how many bean bags you purchase (retail customers). This is a standard delivery service, and we will send out through either Aramex or Australia Post depending on the cheapest rate. Please NO PO BOXES OR PARCEL POST when you select our Flat Rate.
Flat Rate with Signature: $14.50
If you would like to sign for your parcel, then please select Flat Rate with Signature for $14.50. This is the safest option if you don’t want your parcel left unattended.
Australia Post – Calculated at Checkout
Alternatively, you can opt for delivery through Australia Post’s regular or express service and this is calculated at cart or checkout.
International Post
We do ship internationally! Simply add your product to cart and put in your address, shipping will then be calculated. You will have a choice between FedEx & Australia Post International Shipping.

WARNING: Children can suffocate if bean bag filling is swallowed or inhaled. Do not let children climb inside this bean bag. A bean bag is NOT A SAFE sleeping surface for an infant under 12 months of age.
PLEASE NOTE: The zipper pullers of the cover have been removed so they are not accidentally opened by children. A paper clip is best used to open the bean bag cover to pour the beans in.

Filling your Bean Bag
We recommend 2-people to fill your bean bag. One to hold the bean bag (or inner white bag if included) and the other to pour the bean filling into the bean bag.
To minimise spillage, we recommend filling your bean bag over a bath (plug in of course) - that way you can easily clean up spills.
We also recommend getting a large piece of cardboard and making a funnel, this will make filling your bean bag easier.
Every now and then, stop and move the bean bag around to allow the beans to flow through.
Top TIP: It's easier to have to add extra filling, rather than removing it, so we recommend you test your bean bag for fullness, and should you require more, add more in.
Honestly, the hardest part is filling the bean bag, but you will absolutely love it once full!

We love our beanbag. The colour took a bit of getting used to (it seemed greener than the image online) but it’s great for movie night!!Service was fine. It was great to be able to read about the different fillings that we could use, although we stuck with the usual bean bag beans.I hope to get around to ordering another some time soon.

Thanks Mooi Living – the Large Komfort Triangle is really big, which is perfect for us. They were much bigger than I had initially thought. Hubby loves it. We got ours in charcoal and it goes perfectly in our bar room.
We purchased 2 of the large Komfort Bean Bags for our rumpus room, they not only look cool but the quality is outstanding and they sure are comfortable with a capital C… Or should that be K?
I’m delighted !! They’re so easy to move around the house when I want them in a different room. It was interesting filling them as I was in the shower closed the door , got talc to reduce static and looked like a sort of snowman at the end of it ! Good fun!!

Bean bag is great and serves was also great, no issues on my end. Would be great if you can buy beans and foam filling from you also, I struggle to get it because everywhere was sold out. But other than that, all good! Thank you, Emily
